Initiate Your Request
Log into your VCS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
